A day of physiotherapy and actifit
It's been a rough month so far, between moving apartments, my dog's disease, my girlfriend's knee surgery recovery and a couple of freelancing jobs that took a toll on me, but the month is almost over and suddenly everything that was an issue in May, seems like it won't be in June.
Today I went to my girl's last physiotherapy session and it seems like there won't be any relapses (is that the correct word? Or is that one just for drug addicts and alcoholics?) other than the normal gym sessions and slow pace getting back to running and exercising.
My dog is fine now and fully healthy after his three week acupuncture and pill season and it seems like he will be ok with going out for walks with me and playing ball like we do every morning.
The moving part was a hell of an issue, between the monetary strain in my budget and the neighbors who are a special sort of piece of shit it was a real challenge to get used to the new place. I had a few renovations and home improvement jobs done and the apartment is completely livable now, I still needs a lot of work but nothing I can't live without.
Now after a long walk to get my mind together and figure some shit (and getting almost 10k steps done) I am ready to watch a horror movie, die you have any recommendations?
