Today we unpacked some boxes and we found our old Super Nintendo in one of them and damn, today's been quite the fun evening playing Donkey Kong, Super Mario world and Aladdin.

Despite this finding and my lazy afternoon I managed to make 10k steps for actifit 💪🏻💪🏿

Gaming is not necessarily physical laziness nowadays. With virtual reality and gaming you can do real sport and gaming at the same time. Of course probably not with Super Nintendo. For example you have to move to the rhythm of the music with the Beat Saber virtual reality rhythm game. You can make that as a cardio exercise.
