Let's Keep Moving (Actifit Report: Feb 25 2020)

Tonight I return to playing futsal with my friends. Currently we are playing in one of the futsal fields in the city I live in, with a system of renting the use of the futsal fields and we pay an hourly price of 150k rupiah or about $11. We rent the field for one hour a week and become permanent members paying monthly IDR 550k or around $40.

I do futsal play activities once a week every Tuesday night. We play from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. The duration of this hour is divided into four sessions. So each session for 15 minutes. Because our friends who join futsal play 15 people, so every 15 minutes there will be 5 people who take a break.

But this morning I continued to do walking activities around the housing complex. Because this has become a routine for me. Because the weather was cloudy this morning, I only had 30 minutes of walking around the housing complex.

Today I actually still get a day off at work. But because there was a sudden meeting with the hospital management, I had to go to the hospital to attend the meeting. This meeting only lasted for about an hour and after the meeting I returned home.
