Coordination Meeting of the Indonesian Society of Radiographers Central Board

Today we, from the Indonesian Society of Radiographers or better known as PARI (Perhimpunan Radiografer Indonesia) headquartered in Jakarta, held a coordination meeting to discuss the current condition of the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Because it is still a covid-19 pandemic and is not currently allowed to hold meetings in one room, we use the Google Meet application to hold this coordination meeting.

The meeting was opened by the General Chairman Mr. Sugiyanto. Then proceed by the General Secretary Mr. Hidayat Agus Sabaruddin to explain about the current situation of the covid-19 pandemic. Then Mr. Hidayat also continued a report on raising social funds for radiographers who treat covid-19 patients.

After that the meeting continued with a presentation from Mr. Yusuf about information on submitting an award certificate and incentives for radiographers who handle covid-19 patients. After that, Mr. Yusuf also continued his explanation about the plan to organize online training to improve the quality of radiographers. From the information technology section represented by Mr. Ahmad Hariri, he presented the steps to be taken by his team in conducting distance learning. Both in the form of E-Learning or online workshops.

All of these programs aim to serve the needs of radiographers throughout Indonesia in order to appreciate their dedication in dealing with covid-19 patients and also in order to improve the competence of radiographers at work. Which will be able to improve radiology services to patients.

After going on for two hours, the meeting was closed by the General Chairman Mr. Sugiyanto and previously the moderator had scheduled that the next meeting would be held next week at the same time.
In his remarks at the closing of the meeting, General Chairman Mr. Sugiyanto greatly appreciated the central board of the Indonesian Society of Radiographers who had attended the online meeting. He really hopes that this cohesiveness is always fostered so that they can always work together in serving radiographers throughout Indonesia.
