My Actifit Report Card: July 18 2020

I'm getting fond on tracking my activity report each day especially that it's the only way that I can check whether I'm doing good or bad for my "getting fit goal".
However, I'm not really sure if activity counts is a good enough indication. What if there is a way to convert activity counts into calories burned. That's probably the better way to look at it.
