I was planning to start training for days, and I was skipping Mondays, so I excused myself saying: "next Monday I'll start".

Today I got rid of that cheap excuse and resumed my workout routine with some aerobic exercise to warm up and then followed with anaerobic training. I plan to do it 4 times a week.
