Hola amigos hoy a sido un dia muy chulo, ha hecho buena temperatura aunque ha llovido y ha hecho viento, frio y por ultimo calor, todo en uno, en fin conseguí el objetivo de caminar los 10000 pasos nuevamente, ha sido un placer salir a caminar hoy y difrutar de todas la variaciones climáticas, mucho mejor que quedarse en casa y mas sano, a si que animense y divirertanse haciendo ejercicio diario, mañana espero alcanzar otra vez los 10000 pasos pero eso mañana se lo confirmo, adios.
