Carers4Carers: March 24 2021
OK, so this is a shout out for anyone who is an unpaid carer i. e. looking after a chd or an adult, who needs help with excersice and other stuff. Carers4carers is a UK-based initiative that provides online fitness training but also other types of support. I think that they help internationally, so get in touch with them on their Telegram link - see the picture (it is a timetable for this week's activities)
I train with them at least once a week (I qualify because I help to care for my two autistic children), and it really helps to improve my mood and mental health. Please share if you know someone who might need this, it is totally free.
