Outro dia passando dos 10.000 passos e parece que isto voltou a ser um padrão. E o foco é minha saúde agora.

Um dos grandes erros do ano foi abrir mão da minha saúde por causa do profissional.

E no fim, nunca é um acerto por causa do custo que pagamos depois.
