Buona sera. Giornata di ozio pesante. Oltre alla stanchezza non ero tanto in forma oggi. Ossa tutte indolenzite. Poi subito dopo pranzo mi sono buttato a letto e ho dormito un ora e mezza. Al mio risveglio mi era passato quel malessere fisico...

Oggi ho giocato un po' a splinterlands. Stasera giusto per uscire un attimo sono andato a prendere una pizza d'asporto

Adesso vedo se riesco a fare qualche workout giusto per muovermi un po'
