My Actifit Report Card: June 18 2020
I've not been consistent with my weekly jogging schedule, so I tried to tweak it by doing a double dose of jogging. The plan is to achieve 9km this week, and some I already missed Monday and Wednesday, I have Thursday and Friday to complete it before my rest days.
I managed to achieve 5.53 km jog in the morning to compensate for lost time and hopefully, I'll complete the 9km by tomorrow.
