So after three weeks of consistency, I decided to up my game by increasing the distance covered. Previously, I was doing 3.1km per run, but today, I took a step further and did 4.2km. I hope I'll be able to retain this level of performance for the nearest future.
As for my body, I can literally feel my legs burning right now but in a good way. I got back home and even did some dancing to the music playing in my laptop before taking a shower, so I guess I'm handling it quite well. If I keep up this tempo, I'll be doing 12.6Km weekly and will feel even lighter than I felt in the last couple of weeks. Fingers crossed my people.
