My Actifit Report Card: July 5 2020
Morning runs have a different vibe to them and today, I decided to try it. I've deviated from my usual Monday Wednesday and Friday schedule to a more flexible one that allows me more time to recover after jogs. I interchange between three days and two days break to help me cope.
