Today's the start of my 6th consecutive week of jogging and for what it's worth, I actually considered canceling for today. The regular rain has fucked up my schedule, so nowadays, I'm just winging it but still sticking with the weekly distance, which is actually to cover a certain amount after three days.
At the end of this week, I'll be increasing my distance to close to 6km because I feel like my body can take it.
I feel very fit and stronger than I've been in recent times. The jogs don't even hurt as much, and this is despite the fact that I had a stressful day prior to going.
