My Actifit Report Card: March 27 2024
I didn't get to move a lot today. It was a quiet day at the office. After work, I drove an hour to have dinner with a friend who was in the area. It was good for the soul, but two hours in the car after work ate up my time I would normally be getting steps. Hoping to get back on it tomorrow!
