My Actifit Report Card: 6️⃣/1️⃣9️⃣/2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣5️⃣

Thursday marked Fronleichnam, a Catholic feast day with roots dating back to the 13th century, celebrating the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist — a tradition born in Liège and later formalized by Pope Urban IV.
The day started early, with a calm rhythm and the quiet sense that a long weekend was just beginning. No rush, just a purposeful start, letting the stillness of the holiday morning set the tone. With work set aside, it was time to step fully into a break shaped by reflection, rest, and the freedom of extra hours stretched across the days ahead.

Fun fact: Fronleichnam was called 'Happy Cadaver' by my english teacher in school.
