My Actifit Report Card: December 19 2020

Hello my dear friends!!!)))
I hope you have a great weekend)))
my day was pretty cool))) last night we left the party sooner as always cause we had appointments for cleaning teeth...
we woke up late))) after we went to the clinic... it was funny 🤣 when the dentist put that stuff in my mouth))) I saw that before in animation and some clips))) anyway after that the doctor said we have to avoid drinking coffees and... for a week))) and my friend and i just looking at the dentist and laughing at each other and refused his orders))
could you haven’t drink coffees for a week???!!!
did you have the same treatment and excepted by the doctors??!

Let me tell you about last time when I was in the clinic the dentist told me you have to wash your teeth three times a day!!! and i asked him, do you wash yours the same as your order))) because i usually do that one time or two))) he said he does it only per night))) how about you my friends (wash your teeth) per day??!!!
anyway, I read some news about washing teeth... there wrote after eating any kind of food we have to wash our teeth... there was a time like 20 minutes;)) so weird... anyway my family usually do it before going outside))) how about you???!!! do you wash your teeth before going outdoors or any kind of party))) or you doing that after eating something??!!! because i couldn’t do that))) do you know why))) cause I have to do that per 30 minutes or a maximum of two hours))) how about you if you wanna do it?

This picture was when the dentist said to me just drink water a week))) did you visit the dentist this year??!!! cause i check up and bleaching teeth per year!!! how about you when was the last time checking your teeth??!!!
And what’s your opinion about beauty smile??!!
cause i like to do it))) but my dentist didn’t recommend... <3<3 thank you for your time for answering and liking my pictures😍😍
