I have been active in actifit all the credit goes to my change in routine from frws weeks or days your can say that.
this is amzing photography that was taken by me fews days ago hope you like it enjoy it.
It been more then a week I have started to exercise daily not like a body builder 😋 just some basic steps to be fit during the lockdown as we all are free from junk food from a months.
maybe more I doono have correct idea how much time it has past.
I have started some basic exercise those are.
20 pushups. 3 sets
20 squats 3 sets.
chin ups 3 sets 10 each.
running around my house for 10 minutes
and 10 -20 minutes medication.
all of this basic steps have helped me a lot
I have been feeling the changes to me may be a little but it is.
