Abkühlung durch Bewegung?

Hallo zusammen,

da ich es gestern Abend nicht mehr geschafft habe einen Post zu schreiben, reiche ich ihn hiermit nach.

Nach einem wirklich warmen Tag am Schreibtisch konnte ich so gegen 7 endlich Schluss machen. Da sich zu der Zeit die Temperaturen innerhalb und außerhalb des Hauses ziemlich angenähert hatten, habe ich mich entschlossen noch eine kurze Runde mit dem Fahrrad zu drehen. Der leichte Wind war sehr angenehm. Nur stehen bleiben durfte man nicht.

Nach dieser kleinen Tour gab es dann ein - mehr oder weniger - kühles Weizenbier. Ich bin gespannt, ob ich heute mein Schrittziel erreiche. Heute Abend wird mit der Familie gegrillt, sodass meine übliche Zeit blockiert ist. Und vorher ist es sowieso viel zu warm.
