Rest in peace ye old broke down hvac unit! Only one more day of sweltering! The contractors came this afternoon to remove the old furnace and air conditioner units and will be back first thing in the morning to install the new units. Yippee!
We walked in the park before supper and got caught in the rain. But it was so warm out and the house has been so uncomfortable that we didn't even mind it. I wasn't too happy about my running shoes being soaked but that was the only bad part, lol.
Looking forward to having a nice cool house again tomorrow, it really makes me appreciate the advantages we have that a lot of people in the world don't have access to.
