E' vero! ieri non ho postato il mio momento Actifit i miei passi, perchè?
Non sono arrivato al minimo indispensabile di 5 k!
Domenica abbiamo poltrito sul divano la caccia ai funghi di sabato e la gita alla panchina grande si sono fatte sentire con stanchezza e dolorini ovunque hahaha sono vecchio!

Ne abbiamo approfittato per vedere una grande giornata di motori in Moto GP per l'italia!

Stasera giro con le amiche, e domani sveglia presto si va a correre!

Sunday we lounged on the sofa Saturday's mushroom hunt and the trip to the big bench were felt with tiredness and aches everywhere hahaha I'm old!

We took the opportunity to see a great day of engines in Moto GP for Italy!

Tonight I ride with friends, and tomorrow wake up early we go for a run!
