Buona sera ragazzi, ecco il mio report passi di ieri!!
Non ho corso ho deciso di fare un giorno corsa è un giorno esercizi e ieri è stata la giornata esercizi, soprattutto addominali dorso e pettorali.
Nel pomeriggio un bel giro con la piccola Olivia.

Anche stanotte sono riuscito a prendere n bel voto per quanto riguarda il sonno sia per qualità che per quantità, 7 ore di sonno filato anche se oggi mi sono già scassato con una bella corsa ma ne parleremo come sempre domani!

Vi auguro una buona cena e serata, io attacco ora al lavoro e fino alle due non sarò a casa.. a domani!!

Good evening guys, here’s my pass report yesterday!!

I didn’t run I decided to do a running day it’s an exercise day and yesterday it was the exercise day, especially abs on the back and pectorals.

In the afternoon a nice ride with little Olivia.

Even tonight I was able to take a good vote regarding sleep both for quality and quantity, 7 hours of sleep spun even if today I have already gone away with a nice run but we will talk about it as always tomorrow!

I wish you a good dinner and evening, I’m attacking work now and until two I won’t be home .. until tomorrow!!
