My Actifit Report Card: March 10 2020

Yesterday I had a pretty active working day. No sports, but I had to move around the office a lot. Also in the afternoon I had a walk for lunch. In the evening a short walk to the store. Thus, in a day I managed to go through more than 10,000 steps.

As usual, I will add a photo to the report.
