My Actifit Report Card: February 22 2021
Yesterday I had a day off. I mostly rested. In the afternoon, my family and I went for a short walk near the house. It was very frosty, about -22 degrees. Therefore, we only spent a little over 20 minutes outside. As a result, I managed to walk just over 6,000 steps in a day.
