My Actifit Report Card: March 19 2020
Jam packed day today! I started off with my regular weight training using the resistance tubes. I have decided to start introducing the tube training on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week.
Then I went to work for a full day today.
I was asked to create a new website to give students and parents resources for the time that they are socially distancing due to the Covid-19 situation.
When I got home @mrsbozz and I went for a walk with Jovi and then we came home to have some chicken parmesan bites and gnocchi. It was super tasty. We also had a small salad to accompany it.
Finally, this evening I tackled the job of swapping out our kitchen faucet. It was a bigger job than I had anticipated, but I was able to accomplish it with only one call to my friend Mike.
