My Actifit Report Card: September 21 2020

My wife and I watched the country music awards the other night on tv and man I wish I was back in Nashville right now.

With everything open and back to normal. We usually take a trip within the state this fall and that isn't going to happen either.

Thank goodness we still get to go camping.

Places are packed.

I did my walk this morning. Trying to stretch it back out to two miles. I want to take it slow so I don't hurt myself.

Tomorrow will be a resistance tube day.
