My Actifit Report Card: October 12 2020
I really didn't want to get up this morning. I pulled myself out of bed anyway and I was able to squeeze out a mile and a half workout.
It was more than I was expecting to do so I am pretty happy with that. I know I need to push myself more.
I am not going to see any improvement if I just keep doing the bare minimum.
Unfortunately, before long the grass is not going to need mowed anymore, so I won't be able to get my exercise that way.
Tomorrow is weights day. I always look forward to weights day except for the lunges. Those are killer.

I understand how you feel. Today was the first hike we've been able to do because of the rain, since Thursday. I feel bad physically if I don't hike and sometimes when I do, I still feel somewhat bad. I've come to the conclusion however, that no hiking makes me feel worse.
