My Actifit Report Card: October 15 2020
Living so close to Lake Huron on the East side of the state we really do get some of the best sun rises.
I was really busy at work the other day but I almost dropped everything and stepped out side to take a picture of the sky.
It was a little after 8 am and the sky was even more spectacular than what you see here.
It was absolutely fantastic.
This morning was weight training. I mixed things up a little bit so we will see if that makes a difference in how my body feels tomorrow.
I almost wish I had another set of the bands so I could easily switch between resistances for the different exercises.
Twenty pounds is almost too light for curls, but anything more would be two much for the side extensions I do.
