My Actifit Report Card: October 19 2020

It was a crazy day today. I really didn't want to get out of bed this morning. I was so warm and cozy and it was so early in the morning.

I was going to just blow if off and do an easy workout, but instead I ended up doing an almost full two mile walk.

The running intervals really kicked my butt today.

I had a meeting in the morning that lasted an hour or two and then I had to rush over to one of the elementary schools to help the HVAC company with some wiring they were doing on the unit ventilators.

It took a lot longer than it should have, but I was eventually able to figure things out for them with just a couple minutes to spare before an afternoon meeting I had set up.

That meeting was fairly short and then I spent the rest of the afternoon getting caught up on my emails.

This evening went by much too quickly, but it was nice to be home and relax. There is definitely a light at the end of the tunnel now as I wrote this and drift off to sleep!
