My Actifit Report Card: October 29 2020

A year ago today we were finally getting our drywall fixed from our basement getting flooded. What a horrible memory that is.

I am so glad that is all behind us now and I hope I never have to deal with anything like that again. I should probably finally get around to having a back up sump pump installed if I want to make that a reality.

Today was a typical day. I think I am almost ready to increase my resistance tube to the next level. I don't really feel that burn anymore after a workout like I used to. I still sweat and exert myself, but it isn't as prominent.

It has been raining a lot lately. Not volume wise, but just a constant drizzle. It seems to be putting me in a mood and I am annoyed with it. I'd like a nice sunny day soon, even if the temp doesn't get above 40 degrees.

It's good to remember things like that as it makes us appreciate how it is now. I understand the mood thing; I'm thinking it's knowing the winter is on the way; the weather isn't going to be as sunny and nice and the holidays are approaching faster than we might think. Add covid to the mix and it can drag you down! But.......you woke up this morning and you're able to do things, so it's not all bad! You did well with your 5672 @actifit steps for the day.
