My Actifit Report Card: January 5 2021
It was a really long day today. I got up and did my weight exercises. I changed things up a little bit for a couple of the sets to try and give a little more resistance.
There are a couple of exercises like curls and palm down curls that are too easy for me with the 30 pound resistance tube I am using.
I don't want to move up to the 35 pound band because I am afraid that will make some of the other exercises too hard.
Hopefully these modifications will keep me ahead of the curve until I am ready to step up with all of the exercises.
I am putting the tube under both feet instead of just one to increase the resistance.
Work was pretty uneventful and then we went to have dinner at my in-laws.
After that we came home to watch my nieces play basketball on YouTube. It is great their district streams the games so we can watch them all the way up here.
