My Actifit Report Card: January 14 2021
It has been on my mind a lot lately that I need to figure out something to do with my back. Bottom line is it hurts and I am not sure how to fix it.
After I lifted weights today I decided to try and do a sit up to see how that went. I wanted to do some additional work on my abdomen.
I wasn't able to do even one sit up. It hurt my middle back way too much. I think the muscles in there are messed up from some of the weight exercises I have been doing.
I'd really like to learn some simple yoga moves to help me stretch out. I also realized today that I am not nearly as flexible as I used to be. That has me concerned.
It was a decent day overall. I got to do a virtual professional development webinar and that was really cool.
My wife and I took our dog to stay with her parents for the weekend.
Markets are looking good last I checked.

Have you considered a hot tub? That might help soothe and loosen your muscles, if that's what it is. I suspect the yoga stretches would be good too. I hope it gets to feeling better soon.
