I am really not sure how I got so many steps since I was in the car for close to five hours today.
I guess it was all the unpacking and carrying our stuff up the stairs. Oh, we did go grocery shopping too. That typically gets me some good steps.
My body is super sore so I don't know how working out is going to go tomorrow.
I woke up at four this morning with a massive cramp in my calf. It still isn't healed.
I can still feel the tightness and pain when I walk.
That could make it hard to do aerobic walking tomorrow.
