My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2021
I tried to take it a bit easier today with my weight lifting. I went slower so that I could hopefully keep myself from getting injured even more.
My elbow still hurts and my back is a bit messed up still. I think I need to start doing a better job of stretching before and after my workout.
I also think part of the problem with my back is my chair at work.
It never bugged me before, but it seems to be giving me some trouble now.
It is only Wednesday tomorrow, but I am ready for the weekend so I can partake of some tasty adult beverages.
