Got a home workout in today...
Here's what went down:
5 sets of pushups until failure.
5 sets/12 reps of overhead Tricep extensions with a 35lb dumbbell.
3 sets of pike pushups til failure.
Dumbbell press: 5 sets of 15 reps with 35lb dumbbells.
Dumbbell fly: 3 sets of 12 reps with 25lb dumbbells.
Bench dips: 5 sets of 12 reps.
Lateral raise: 3 sets of 12 reps with 15lb dumbbells.
Didn't feel like driving to the gym today tbh 🤷♂️
