My Actifit Report Card: April 22 2021

Going to be honest here. This wasn't my best day at the gym but mann do I feel it today.

My typical gym split is:
Day 1: Chest/Tris/Shoulders
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Back/Bis
Day 4: Chest/Tris/Shoulders
Day 5: Legs/Biceps

I used days instead of weekday names as Mondays are not always Day 1, etc. I start every workout with at least 10 minutes of incline walking on a treadmill just to get my body warmed up.

Today's workout (Day 3):

Prorated cable curl: 3 sets of 8 reps with 37.5lbs.

Supinated cable curl: 3 sets of 8 reps with 37.5lbs

Dumbbell row: 3 sets of 8 reps with 55lbs

Crossbody hammer curl: 3 sets of 10 reps with 25lbs.

Wide grip lat pulldown: 1 set of 12 reps with 100lbs; 1 set of 8 reps with 120lbs; 1 set of 4 reps with 160lbs; 1 set of 6 reps with 140lbs.

Low row: 1 set of 12 reps with 100lbs; 1 set of 8 reps with 140lbs; 1 set of 5 reps with 180lbs.

Back extensions: 2 sets of 12 reps with 130lbs.

Preacher curl: 3 sets of 12 reps with 30lbs. Last reps were pause til failure holding it up.
