Durante alguns anos vivi no litoral e fazia minhas corridas em lugares planos como na praia próxima da minha casa.

Mudar para a serra tem sido um desafio pois nas montanhas minhas pernas tem sofrido dores musculares.

Sei que vou me acostumar mas por hora estou tendo que diminuir o ritmo e fazer trilhas e caminhadas mais suaves.
