My Actifit Workout Journal: September 14 2020

Posting Monday’s workout as I’m just catching back up! Monday was so solid. I recovered a bit over the weekend and my muscles were definitely ready for a full on workout. I added in some newness and some extra exercises to build out the workout. Most workouts performed on the rings, unless it was the bar dips or body weight squats.

Static Ring Hold

  1. 20 seconds

L-Sit Hold

  1. 5 seconds

Pull-ups

  1. 8 reps
  2. 8 Reps

Chin-ups

  1. 8 reps
  2. 6 reps

Straight bar dips

  1. 6 reps
  2. 6 reps

Hanging Ab Raises

  1. 6 reps
  2. 6 reps

Ring Dips

  1. 5 reps

Ring Pushups

  1. 9 reps
  2. 9 reps

Bar Pull-ups

  1. 5 reps

Body weight Squats

  1. 10
  2. 10
