Got my workout in really early today!
It was another full on ring workout, so I’m glad to be back on the fitness wagon!
Ring Chin Ups
Set 1 - 6 Reps
Set 2 - 4 Reps
Ring Pull Ups
Set 1 - 5 Reps
Set 2 - 4 Reps
Ab Raises
Set 1 - 10 Reps
Set 2 - 10 Reps
Diamond Pushups
Set 1 - 10 Reps
After that, we rode our bikes into town where we’re getting some really good vegan lunch! 🥙
After Friday’s workout, it’ll be a full week completed!
