My Actifit Report Card: February 11 2021
Wow today was epic. I started the day off with a one hour dance class in the morning where we learned African dance and salsa.
Moved a ton and burned a lot of calories! Plus the bike ride to there and back was over 4 miles.
We got some awesome lunch and then I came home and jumped into my calisthenics workout. I noticed some new strength on my first set of pull-ups, so I’m super happy to see new gains!
Pull-ups
Set 1: 7 Reps
Set 2: 5 Reps
Chin-ups
Set 1: 4 Reps
Set 2: 3 Reps
Ab Raises
Set 1: 8 Reps
Set 2: 8 Reps
Diamond Pushups on ground without rings
Set 1: 8 Reps
Set 2: 7 Reps
