My Actifit Report Card: February 18 2021
Epic morning so far! I started my exercising with a 5 mile bike ride into town and back, and then headed home to do my calisthenics ring workout.
All exercises performed below with gymnastic rings.
Pull-ups
Set 1: 8 Reps
Set 2: 6 Reps
Chin-ups
Set 1: 6 Reps
Set 2: 5 Reps
Ab Raises
Set 1: 10 Reps
Set 2: 10 Reps
Pushups
Set 1: 8 Reps
Set 2: 6 Reps
Another workout down! It’s been a month straight of me back into my workout routine, so it’s definitely here to stay!
