Got in another solid ring workout this morning before the sun fully came out!
Pull-ups
Set 1: 7 Reps
Set 2: 5 Reps
Squats
Set 1: 12 Reps
Set 2: 12 Reps
Ab Raises
Set 1: 10 Reps
Set 2: 10 Reps
Chin-ups
Set 1: 5 Reps
Set 2: 5 Reps
Ring Pushups
Set 1: 8 Reps
Set 2: 8 Reps
All exercises performed with rings except for the squats. Man I love these rings, they are my favorite way to exercise and strength train! No weights needed, just the freedom to explore the resistance of my own body weight!
