My Actifit Report Card: March 8 2021
Turns out incorporating yoga into my routine again was the key to creating the flexibility I needed in my muscles!
Even though I pulled a muscle last week, the massage I got and the yoga I’ve been doing has got me fully back on track, with no loss of strength at all.
So glad I was able to notice this and keep my workouts going strong!!
Here are the results from this morning’s workout. All exercises done on rings except for the pushups.
Pull-ups
Set 1: 7 Reps
Set 2: 5 Reps
Chin-ups
Set 1: 5 Reps
Set 2: 5 Reps
Ab Raises
Set 1: 10 Reps
Set 2: 10 Reps
Squats
Set 1: 12 Reps
Set 2: 12 Reps
L-Sit
Set 1: 3 Seconds
Dips
Set 1: 3 Reps
Pushups (On Ground)
Set 1: 10 Reps
Set 2: 10 Reps
Epic workout and I feel solid today!
