Večer, při pohledu na aplikaci ACTIFIT, jsem byl mile překvapen. Nečekal jsem, že budu mít přes 10k+ kroků. Dnešní den jsem totiž vyloženě lenošil :-). Vyčerpal mně včerejší souboj s @cezary-io :-D.
In the evening, looking at Actifit, I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't expect to have over 10k + steps. I was really lazy today :-). I was exhausted by yesterday's duel with @ cezary-io :-D.
On the morning walk with Ashley we got a little frozen (-8 °)
Na ranní procházce s Ashleym jsme trochu mrzli (-8°)
The sun was shining in the afternoon, but there was not much heat :-)
Odpoledne svítilo slunce, ale teplo moc nebylo :-)

I enjoy the outdoors at all times regardless of the weather :-)
At night, the frost still covers the surface with thin ice. However, the ice melts in the sun's rays :-)

Getting outdoors is something I have to do every day or my mental stability would not last @bucipuci have a wonderful week.
I know that feeling. I need contact with nature every day :-).
