I známá místa mohou překvapit něčím novým. Asi tak, jako mne v sousední vesnici. A nejedná se o "profesní slepotu". Ještě v pondělí ráno to tam nebylo. V úterý jsem jel jinudy a dnes jsem to spatřil.

Even famous places can surprise you with something new. Like me in a neighboring village. And it's not "professional blindness." It wasn't there on Monday morning. I drove somewhere else on Tuesday and I saw it today.

On arrival at the village, a new sign was added. It is a municipal emblem. I have no idea what a lion holding three ears of corn should mean. Mining threshing and iron, however, refer to the ancient mining past.

There was a silver mine in today's cadastre of the village. Silver was mined here from 1550 to 1909 in the Eliáš mine.

Na příjezdu do vesnice přibylo nové označení. Je to obecní znak. Co má znamenat lev držící tři klasy netuším. Hornický mlátek a želízko však odkazují na dávnou hornickou minulost.

Na dnešním katastru obce se totiž nacházel důl na stříbro. Stříbro se zde těžilo od roku 1550 do roku 1909 v dole Eliáš.
