My Actifit Report Card: March 5 2020

Boy, I am a slug. I have been trying to do my exercise but my Slug genes are taking over. I hardly left my desk today. My wife ran on the treadmill and I did not. I did walk carefully across the icy driveway from my car to the house. I guess that counts for some thing ;)
