Actifit

Preparing some delicious meatballs with my girlfriend and making sure we're keeping in shape .

We 're doing our daily reps of squats pullups and pushuls and in my case a bit of shadowboxing as well .

We so went to do some shopping for our parents and walked quite a lot throug the market .
