My Actifit Report Card: July 6 2020

Worked out quite a bit today ..

Started off with my usual routine of squats pushups and pullups ..

I used the dumbells whereever possible ..

Afterwards i followed up with a short stretching session ..

I closed off with a shadow boxing session to get that much needed cardio ..

Not a long workout since I'm relying mostly on consistency to get the results i want ;)
