Hey everyone!
Let me share a few tips about healthy lifestyle and what Iโm doing not to get sick ๐ท ever...
There are a few important aspects into everything we are doing as well.
- Itโs always the food we eat.
Our food should be fast for digestion so it doesnโt bother the body to consume too much energy for digestion.
Those can be all the soft fruits ๐ ๐ beans rice ๐ potatoes ๐ฅ in my experience and opinion.
Here is a photo of the peaches ๐ that I was eating during the summer.
2. Itโs good if we sleep outside during the summer days at least as Iโm doing in every other day that is not raining ๐ง
Sleeping outdoors is good so you can breathe fresh air at least during the night, because as we know most of the people are closed in a small room daily without any fresh air.
Also helps you strengthen your immune system.
