. One of my lazier days, unfortunately. Didn’t really do much, except burn about 277 cal during cycling in the middle of the afternoon. That being in North cycling, of course. Also remembered to properly do my crunches and leg lifts later on. Other than that, read, mostly, and did lots of other activities involving sitting down. Either way, until next time.
